How is Vitabrain different from other nootropics suppliers?

Unlike many other online sellers who purchase and resell piracetam powder from emerging market countries, we resell piracetam manufactured by European pharmaceutical companies: UCB, Belgium; ALIUD Pharma, Germany; and Ratiopharm, also Germany. Both countries have FDA-like governmental agency responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving pharmaceutical drugs. Also, it is worth mentioning that it was UCB that actually discovered piracetam, and piracetam remains one of UCB's key products.

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping is free on all orders above $50. International shipping varies and is displayed on the bottom of the screen and at checkout.

How long will my order take to process and deliver within the U.S.?

We process all orders within one to two business days.

We have found USPS to be reliable, quicker, and much cheaper than other carriers. All domestic orders include tracking.

• First Class Mail (orders under 13oz) are delivered in 2-5 business days.

• Priority Mail (most orders over 13oz) are delivered in 2-3 business days.

Can you ship overnight? I am happy to pay shipping fee.

We do not ship Priority Mail Express (overnight delivery), nor we use any other postal services such as UPS or FedEx.

Where do you ship?

We ship to US and Canada.

How do I change the address on my order?

If you contact us before your order is shipped, then we will change the shipping address. We are unable to change the address once your order ships.
If your order has already shipped and you need it sent to a different address than the shipping address you specified, then you can reorder with the correct address, and we will refund your original order if it's returned to our address as undeliverable.

Do you charge sales tax?

Vitabrain does not charge any sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason, you wish to return our product, you may do so within 30 days after the purchase. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will refund the full amount, excluding any shipping costs we paid. You must send an e-mail to our company informing us about the return.

What is you privacy policy?

We at Vitabrain have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. Any information that we receive from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
